HANDSTAND: Love to Press? – Intermediate/Advanced level
This intermediate level workshop will deconstruct the training process for press handstand. We will break down into small chunks so that the oh so intimidating press handstand can feel more approachable and safer. Press handstand is not just the strength, it’s the efficiency and lots of technique! You can expect to do a lot of fun partner work.
Pre-req: Kick up to handstand with a spotter. Hold a handstand for at least 15 seconds with a spotter. Able to get up on a headstand or a forearm stand on your own and hold.

Thai Yoga Massage: Thoracic Mobility & Breath
Learn the healing art of Thai Yoga Massage to relieve tension and tightness from your mid back and improve freedom of movement around your rib cage and chest. By opening up the thoracic spine, we bring back the breath! Thai Yoga Massage is a mindful moving meditation where you and your partner breathe and move in harmony, through gentle pressure and yoga-like stretches. It is a practice of being in the moment, and cultivating loving-kindness for yourself and others.
No previous Thai massage experience needed. No need to come with a partner. Bring your mat and a blanket.

Hands-Free Thai Yoga Massage
Learn to use your feet, legs, arms and other parts of your body (except hands) to guide the receiver through a series of yoga postures with fluid movements, gentle pressure and stretching. Hands are “doing” vehicles of our body. By slowing down our hands with Thai massage, we will cultivate a calm mind and learn to move more intuitively. Your hard working hands will appreciate you for giving them a much-needed break!
