Self-Care & Mobility for Skiers

All-levels workshop focusing on functional mobility and flexibility exercises for skiers
In this workshop you will learn:
• Routines to target common areas of stress and tension for skiers
• Simple daily practices you can use to mitigate the risk of injury
• The performance benefits of self-care as part of a successful ski season
• Basic partner yoga and Thai massage techniques
• The broad benefits of self-care – in skiing and in life!
While targeted at skiers, the material and routines we will cover are widely applicable and will benefit skiers and non-skiers alike.
* Workshop is targeted at all levels of experience. There is no need to come with a partner unless you want to.
