Self-Care and Mobility for Runners

All-levels workshop focusing on functional mobility and flexibility exercises for runners
In this workshop you will learn:
- Routines to target common areas of stress and tension for runners
- Simple daily practices you can use to mitigate the risk of injury
- The performance benefits of self-care as part of a training plan
- Basic partner yoga and Thai massage techniques to address problem areas
- The broad benefits of self-care – in running and in life!
While targeted at runners, the material and routines we will cover are widely applicable and will benefit runners and non-runners alike.
* All levels of experience and is also applicable to non-runners. There is no need to come with a partner unless you want to
