Handstand Series with Yuki

HANDSTAND with Yuki Tsuji
After 7 weeks, you will see:
- Increased strength, endurance and flexibility for handstand

Yuki’s methodical and analytical approach to handstand training will sure to get you closer to your goals. Yuki will offer you helpful individualized tips and spotting.

Fundamentals 4-Week Series
2/7, 21, 28 & 3/7 Tue 8-9:30pm
This series will teach you all the fundamentals for an aligned and strong handstand! All-levels welcome.
alignment/tightness exercises, finger strengthening and awareness exercises, different entrance/exit, balancing, strength, endurance, flexibility exercises, spotting and more.
Intermediate 3-Week Series
3/14, 21 & 28 Tue 8-9:30pm
Next progression after the fundamental series. In this series, you will build awareness and strength towards press handstand as well as refining your technique. Get clear on your improvement points, set realistic goals and train hard!
Pre-req: Have attended the handstand series/workshops with Yuki before OR Handstand against wall for 30 seconds
