Handstand Fundamentals 

10/14 Sat 4-6:30pm 

Learn the fundamentals of handstand and become more aware in your hands and whole body. Learn home practice routines to increase your strength, flexibility and balance.

Skills covered: alignment/tightness exercises, finger strengthening and awareness exercises, balancing, strength, endurance, flexibility exercises, different entries/exits, spotting and more.


Shoulder Health for Handstand 

11/5 Sun 5:30-7:30pm

This all-levels workshop focuses on injury prevention and shoulder health aspects of handstand training. You will learn the proper mechanics of the shoulders and hands to advance your handstand training. If you currently have any shoulder injury or pain, this will be a great workshop for your rehabilitation. Even if you are not a big fan of handstand, the exercises you learn in the workshop will help you achieve greater flexibility and less pain and discomfort in your neck and shoulders.

Skills covered: warm up routine, shoulder flexibility/range of motion, strengthening/stabilizing, hand/wrist exercises, handstand mechanics and exercises, core strength/awareness


Cost: $80 for both
Fundamentals $50, Shoulder Health $45
