Learn the foundation for a solid handstand and how to incorporate that into your workouts at the gym or at home. In this clinic, you will learn the most efficient alignment and form for your handstand to gain strength and prevent injuries, as well as how to progress in the different handstand based skills needed in CrossFit. You will learn to generate the strength and power of handstands from your hands up, by balancing properly and increasing awareness in your whole body. You will also learn to skillfully and safely spot each other for a gym/home partnership with confidence.
This is an all levels clinic, so there will be something for everyone! You do not have to be a CrossFitter neither!
You can expect to do a lot of fun partner work, feel empowered and liberated by the power of inversion, and make your CrossFit handstand based skills more fun and safe!
